Welcome to this exquisite, open floor plan spacious 3 bed+den/2 bath home that is a Tommy Bahama inspired home & is just a bike ride to the Tiger Tail Beach. The spacious villa includes 2 Tiki Umbrellas over looking the water, pool-spa, gas grill, outdoor lanai with a TV & a pool table in the bar room. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets from our beautiful dock for great boating or just relax & sunbathe. Take your boat out to the Gulf & beaches. Pool heater is available per request for an additional fee.

This home is centrally located in Old Marco & within walking distance to some of Marco's best bar/restaurants including Snook Inn, The Boardroom, Davide's, Marco Pub, Marek's, Mario's, Sandbar & more.

Full use of the house except for garage & boat lift (for liability reasons). However, the full use of the dock is available for all boating needs.

Beautiful home, Great location!! Extremely clean and fully stocked with everything you need for a perfect vacation. This is by far the best home we have rented. The home is spacious and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Spent 80% of our time in the lania or on the dock. So relaxing! Would definitely recommend and we will be back!
